Chris Agnoli was born in Santa Barbara, CA and has been involved in real estate and property management for over 25 years. Chris currently serves on the board of the Santa Barbara Rental Property Association, and is a past president. Chris also served as a mediator settling Tenant and Landlord disputes for the City of Santa Barbara Rental Housing Mediation Task force for eight years, two of which he chaired. Working closely alongside Chris is his wife Tina, who has over 21 years of property management experience and heads up the property management division for Chris.
